“Our experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing and stressful. Our 1-month-old baby was admitted for pneumonia, which is a very serious condition at such a young age. Unfortunately, the level of care we received did not meet even basic expectations.
During the night, the staff was often inattentive and unresponsive. We repeatedly had to call them for assistance, which is unacceptable when it comes to a newborn’s health. In such a critical situation, parents expect constant monitoring, compassion, and proactive care — but that was clearly lacking.
On top of that, for just 4 days of treatment, including pneumonia medications and bed charges, the final bill was extremely expensive and felt unreasonable. There was no clear explanation or transparency regarding the charges.
Overall, this experience added unnecessary stress to an already frightening situation. We are deeply dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this hospital.”

We had a wonderful experience at yashoda children hospital. The doctor was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all our questions & was very gentle with our child.
The nursing staff was supportive and made our stay comfortable. The facility is very clean and child-friendly. Highly recommend for any parent looking for children hospital in narnaul area.
